Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Supervise and lead store staff and delivery operations
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and replenishment
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch
- Maintain operational KPIs and service quality standards
- Drive team productivity and performance improvement
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce / Logistics / Retail Operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
