🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and inspection reports
- Investigate customer complaints and perform root cause analysis
- Analyze defects and rejection trends
- Implement quality improvement initiatives
- Reduce rework, rejection, and customer complaints
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or B.Tech (Engineering background preferred)
- Experience in QC/QA roles in manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fastener, steel, or hardware industry preferred
