π Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through channel partners
- Identify, onboard, and train new franchise partners
- Monitor and improve performance of existing partners
- Ensure compliance with branding and infrastructure standards
- Support expansion of pickup and delivery network
π Eligibility Criteria
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales (logistics preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of franchise or channel business models
- Two-wheeler mandatory for field travel
