PlacementWalla presents an exciting opportunity to join Swiggy’s Risk Management Team. This role focuses on fraud detection, data analysis, and risk investigation across customer, delivery, and restaurant partner ecosystems.
π Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify fraud and abuse patterns
- Investigate transactional fraud across customer, delivery, and restaurant domains
- Monitor fraud risks and escalate issues to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
- Develop insights to improve processes and reduce fraud risks
- Handle analytics data, reporting, and performance tracking
π Eligibility Criteria
- 0–4 years of experience in risk, fraud analysis, or analytics
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
- SQL knowledge is an added advantage
- Experience in e-commerce or Trust & Safety domain preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
