- Source, screen, and onboard delivery riders as per hiring targets
- Ensure quick turnaround time from sourcing to activation
- Maintain sufficient rider availability across stores
- Visit stores regularly to understand last-mile challenges
- Provide insights to improve rider performance and operations
- Coordinate with store managers and internal teams
- Track hiring, activation, and retention metrics
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (preferred)
- 0–4 years of experience in recruitment or field hiring
- Experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai
