- Source and onboard delivery riders for marketplace and quick commerce platforms
- Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of riders
- Conduct field sourcing activities and local outreach
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding
- Ensure proper documentation and joining process
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in hiring delivery riders or field recruitment
- Strong sourcing and target achievement skills
- Knowledge of quick commerce or logistics hiring preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field work (6 days working)
