🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports
- Manage employee master data, attendance, and attrition reports
- Create HR dashboards for manpower, hiring, payroll, and compliance
- Track onboarding, exits, and employee lifecycle data
- Coordinate with HRBP, Payroll, and Operations teams
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and audit support
- Provide insights to leadership through reports and analysis
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2+ years of experience in HR MIS or HR Operations
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, or E-commerce preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Experience with HRMS or ATS tools
- High attention to detail and reporting accuracy
