- Manage bulk hiring requirements efficiently
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and field recruitment
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets
- Maintain proper recruitment database and reports
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment (Freshers can also apply)
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of hiring process
- Target-oriented mindset

🎓 Qualification
- Minimum 12th pass
