• Manage vendor relationships and ensure adequate manpower availability
• Track hiring metrics like TAT, source efficiency, cost, and quality of hire
• Perform gap analysis and implement hiring improvement strategies
• Design and execute employee retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, systems, and processes
• Maintain HRBP scorecards and prepare monthly dashboards

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
