π Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure adequate manpower availability
- Track hiring metrics like TAT, source efficiency, cost, and quality of hire
- Perform gap analysis and implement hiring improvement strategies
- Design and execute employee retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, systems, and processes
- Maintain HRBP scorecards and prepare monthly dashboards
π Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in HR domain
- MBA or Postgraduate in HR (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
