PlacementWalla brings an exciting opportunity to join Sirona Hygiene as a Logistics Executive / Sr. Executive in quick commerce operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in e-commerce logistics, shipment coordination, and courier management.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day logistics and shipment operations
- Coordinate with marketplace, fulfillment, and courier partners
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery execution
- Track and resolve issues such as delayed shipments, NDR, RTO, and damaged shipments
- Monitor courier partner performance and SLAs
- Maintain MIS reports, trackers, and delivery data
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 1–4 years of experience in quick commerce or e-commerce logistics
- Strong understanding of shipment lifecycle, SLA, and TAT management
- Knowledge of last-mile delivery operations
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
