- Monitor and execute civil and interior works as per approved drawings
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
- Manage manpower, materials, and project timelines
- Track project progress and report deviations
- Plan material procurement and ensure timely availability
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs) and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in civil and interior execution
- Experience in retail or commercial projects preferred
- Strong site management and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel across locations
