- Handle bulk hiring of delivery associates and riders
- Source candidates through field visits, references, and job portals
- Conduct hiring drives and walk-in interviews
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate onboarding process
- Ensure timely closures within defined hiring TAT
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1+ year experience in field or delivery recruitment
- Strong local network and sourcing capability
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field work and target-based hiring
- Own bike and valid driving license mandatory
- Male candidates preferred
