🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage shift-based warehouse operations (Day/Night)
- Monitor and improve team performance and productivity
- Drive operational metrics and business results
- Analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, FC, Ops Excellence)
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and stakeholders
- Handle escalations and ensure issue resolution
- Implement process improvements (Kaizen / Six Sigma)
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)
- 1+ year experience in logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Ability to work in shift-based environment
