🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control store-level losses through audits and investigations
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure LP policy compliance
- Identify and resolve shrinkage issues using root cause analysis
- Train store teams on theft prevention, safety, and compliance
- Coordinate with HR and operations for disciplinary actions
- Implement CCTV, EAS, and safety systems effectively
- Prepare reports and highlight risk areas
- Handle external agencies and law enforcement coordination
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate (Security Management / Criminology preferred)
- 8–12 years of experience in Loss Prevention / Security (Retail)
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Willingness to travel across assigned zone
