Amazon is hiring Area Managers for its Amazon Now Quick Commerce operations team. The role focuses on end-to-end hub operations management, 3PL coordination, operational excellence, people leadership, and driving safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity standards.

- Manage end-to-end hub operations across Quick Commerce facilities
- Drive operational excellence in inbound, outbound, ICQA, and FC Dock functions
- Lead and manage third-party logistics (3PL) operational teams
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning activities
- Drive quality, productivity, and process improvement initiatives
- Monitor operational SLAs and ensure performance compliance
- Coach and mentor Area Managers, Team Leads, and operational staff
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, and Security teams
- Drive operational change management and continuous improvement programs
- Resolve operational and people-related issues effectively
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 1+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills mandatory
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or quick commerce operations preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays required
- Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills preferred
