We are hiring an experienced and business-driven Area Manager in Bangalore to oversee 3 high-energy outlets and drive operational excellence across hospitality and beverage-led business operations. The role focuses on profitability, guest experience, team leadership, and excise compliance management.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee operations of multiple hospitality outlets
- Drive profitability through effective P&L management and commercial decision-making
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and operational excellence
- Lead, train, and develop high-performing outlet teams
- Monitor operational discipline, productivity, and service standards
- Handle liquor ordering, inventory control, and stock management
- Coordinate excise-related operations and ensure compliance with local policies
- Support license-related coordination and regulatory requirements
π Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in multi-store hospitality or beverage operations preferred
- Strong understanding of P&L management and commercial operations
- Experience in pubs, breweries, bars, or hospitality beverage concepts preferred
- Knowledge of excise compliance, liquor inventory, and license coordination required
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Candidates from pure QSR backgrounds will not be considered
