π Job Description
Shadowfax is hiring Assistant Managers for its Process Excellence team at the Ahmedabad Sort Center. The role focuses on process improvement, middle mile operations, SOP creation, cross-functional project management, operational analytics, and logistics process optimization within fast-paced supply chain operations.
π Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives across middle mile operations
- Manage multiple operational projects with effective prioritization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Work closely with product teams to launch new operational processes and solutions
- Create SOPs and training frameworks for operational teams
- Conduct operational training sessions across departments
- Handle data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking activities
- Identify operational gaps and implement process optimization strategies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations
- Drive process compliance and operational excellence across teams
π Eligibility Criteria
- 3–4 years of experience in Process Excellence, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations required
- Strong understanding of 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional and multi-project environments required
- Hands-on experience in SOP creation and training framework development preferred
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset required
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-growth logistics environments required
