Delhivery is hiring Demand Managers for Pune location. The role involves leading sales operations, expanding same-day delivery coverage, managing field teams, driving customer acquisition, and strengthening Delhivery’s logistics serviceability across Pune market.
π Key Responsibilities
- Expand same-day delivery coverage by identifying new operational clusters across Pune
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives, Assistant Managers, and Telecallers
- Drive customer acquisition and retention targets across the assigned market
- Monitor market demand and identify growth opportunities for business expansion
- Strengthen serviceability and operational reach across Pune geography
- Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities
- Use CRM tools and Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting
- Share operational insights and business updates with leadership teams
π Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in Sales or Business Development roles preferred
- Prior logistics or supply chain industry experience will be an advantage
- Strong leadership and field team management skills required
- Knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools preferred
- Good understanding of Pune geography and local market dynamics required
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Pune city
- Strong analytical and communication skills preferred
