- Manage overall Hub Operations as per operational standards and SOPs
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality at all times

- Implement employee engagement initiatives within hub operations
- Ensure 100% compliance with ZTP (Zero Tolerance Policy)
- Prepare operational dashboards and review reports with Hub Team and Area Manager
- Handle budgeting, accounting, petty cash, and hub imprest management
- Maintain cost per shipment (CPS) and ensure profitable operations
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is compulsory
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Last Mile Operations required
- Experience in Last Mile delivery operations is non-negotiable
- Strong communication and coordination skills preferred
