📄 Job Description
The organization is hiring an experienced Executive QA for the Adopter Section at its Ludhiana plant. The role focuses on manufacturing quality audits, process inspections, defect analysis, corrective action implementation, and ensuring adherence to quality standards across production operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct random audits of manufacturing processes and components
- Ensure defined systems and corrective actions are implemented effectively
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to control major fault contributors model-wise
- Communicate “Voice of Customer” feedback through meetings and display boards
- Generate action taken and action proposed reports with the team
- Implement process improvements using data-driven analysis to reduce defects
- Collaborate with production teams for quality compliance and corrective actions
- Establish SOPs to ensure consistent production quality across manufacturing lines
- Manage and control duties of IPQA and FQC staff
- Analyze daily and weekly rejection reports and implement countermeasures
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Manufacturing Quality required
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics or Electrical mandatory
- Knowledge of IMS, PQC Process Inspection, and Control Plans preferred
- Understanding of ESD, 4M, 5Why, Kaizen, and 6 Quality Tools required
- Experience in Process Rejection Analysis and PPM target handling preferred
- Knowledge of Product Specifications and Line Rejection Handling required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production and quality teams required
