- Conduct food safety compliance audits using standardized checklists
- Document audit findings and maintain trackers and dashboards
- Track corrective actions and ensure timely closure
- Perform follow-up audits and identify repeat non-compliances
- Monitor pest control, food storage, expiry management, and labeling compliance
- Support development of SOPs aligned with FSSAI and internal policies
- Coordinate with operations and third-party vendors for compliance
- Prepare audit reports and highlight risk areas
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2+ years of experience in food safety management or audits
- 1+ years of experience in performance metrics or process improvement
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (FSSAI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
