We are hiring HR Associates / HR Executives for Chennai location to support logistics and warehouse operations. The role involves HRBP activities, warehouse HR operations, field recruitment, manpower management, and coordination with vendors for workforce requirements.
π Key Responsibilities
- Handle HRBP activities for logistics and warehouse operations
- Manage warehouse HR operations and workforce coordination
- Conduct field recruitment and manpower hiring activities
- Handle migrant workforce and Hindi-speaking labor coordination
- Arrange adhoc manpower as per operational requirements
- Coordinate with vendors for unskilled labor management
- Support employee engagement and operational HR processes
π Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in HRBP or warehouse HR operations preferred
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain industry preferred
- Experience in field recruitment and manpower management
- Ability to coordinate migrant labor workforce effectively
- Spoken Hindi will be an added advantage
