π Job Description
We are hiring HR Executive / Senior Executive professionals for the HR & Admin department in Noida. The role involves managing apprenticeship programs, recruitment operations, contractual manpower coordination, compliance management, and maintaining HR records and operational documentation.
π Key Responsibilities
- Handle NAPS/NATS onboarding, documentation, and compliance activities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Coordinate with vendors for contractual manpower hiring processes
- Ensure compliance related to PF, ESI, labor laws, and contract employees
- Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and operational MIS reports
- Support manpower planning and workforce coordination activities
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor compliance standards
- Assist in administrative and employee support activities
π Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification required
- 1–4 years of relevant HR experience required
- Knowledge of NAPS/NATS programs and apprenticeship processes preferred
- Understanding of contract labor compliance, PF, ESI, and labor laws required
- Strong communication and MS Excel skills preferred
- Good documentation and coordination abilities required
