Britannia Industries Limited is hiring HR Officers for its Dairy Division at Ranjangaon, Pune. The role focuses on manpower planning, contract labour management, compliance monitoring, workforce supervision, and HR operational execution within manufacturing and food safety environments.
π Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage manpower planning activities
- Ensure manpower deployment as per operational plans
- Supervise contract manpower from safety and food safety perspectives
- Ensure proper frisking and security compliance during shifts
- Handle statutory compliance verification for contract labour onboarding
- Verify PAN, Aadhaar, bank documents, age proof, and background checks
- Maintain HR operational records and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with manpower vendors and operational teams
- Ensure smooth workforce operations within manufacturing setup
- Support employee discipline, compliance, and workforce management activities
π Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / MPM / MILS in HR required
- 1–3 years of experience as Time Officer or HR Operations role required
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup preferred
- Knowledge of contract labour compliance mandatory
- Understanding of workforce deployment and HR operations required
- Strong coordination and communication skills preferred
- Knowledge of safety and food safety compliance preferred
- Ability to manage workforce operations in shift environments required
