π Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment activities
- Manage bulk manpower hiring requirements efficiently
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring records
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities and hiring updates
- Work closely with hiring teams for manpower planning and recruitment closures
