π Job Description
We are hiring a Key Account Management (KAM) professional for Goa location to manage B2B logistics clients, drive account growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure smooth operational execution within the PTL logistics business.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B logistics clients
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure long-term retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations
- Conduct regular business reviews and service quality discussions
- Drive shipment volume growth from existing accounts
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for logistics services
- Achieve monthly revenue, shipment, and retention targets
- Support onboarding and activation of new client accounts
- Track shipment movement and resolve delivery-related concerns
- Maintain MIS reports, CRM updates, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure SLA adherence

- Experience in B2B account management, logistics, or supply chain preferred
- Strong relationship management and client handling skills required
- Understanding of PTL logistics operations preferred
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Knowledge of CRM tools, MIS reporting, and account management preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities required
- Ability to manage revenue targets and business growth initiatives preferred
