Blinkit is rapidly expanding across India and hiring Key Account Managers (KAMs) for its Expansion Team. This role involves managing strategic partnerships, coordinating cross-functional operations, and supporting large-scale store rollout and business growth initiatives.
π Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage key account partnerships across assigned cities
- Act as single point of contact for end-to-end relationship management
- Handle escalations, closures, and operational challenges efficiently
- Manage end-to-end payment coordination and processes
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Expansion teams
- Support faster store rollouts and expansion execution
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and business growth
- Ensure service quality, stakeholder alignment, and process adherence
π Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in Key Account Management, Expansion, or Business Operations preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required
- Ability to handle multiple projects and operational coordination
- Experience in quick commerce, retail, logistics, or business development is an advantage
