Delhivery is hiring for multiple Last Mile Supply Onboarding roles across major cities in India. The company is looking for professionals experienced in fleet onboarding, rider hiring, supply operations, telecalling, and vendor management for scaling last-mile logistics operations.

- FOS – Supply Onboarding | ₹25K – ₹30K
- Telecaller | ₹20K – ₹25K
- Associate | ₹35K – ₹40K
π Key Responsibilities
- Onboard bike, auto, and Tata Ace fleet partners for last-mile operations
- Manage rider and vehicle onboarding activities
- Handle field hiring and vendor coordination processes
- Convert operational leads into active supply partners
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and activation processes
- Conduct lead calling, follow-ups, and candidate coordination
- Manage supply operations and onboarding performance metrics
- Support team handling and operational scaling initiatives
π Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in logistics, onboarding, or supply operations preferred
- Background in companies like Porter, Rapido, Ola, Uber, Zomato, or Swiggy preferred
- Knowledge of fleet onboarding and rider hiring required
- Strong communication and coordination skills preferred
- Experience in vendor management and lead conversion preferred
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
