π Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and processes
- Manage travel vendors and maintain service quality standards
- Drive operational cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Monitor and maintain SLA performance across travel operations

- 10–20 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Graduate in any discipline required
- IATA certification or Masters in Travel & Tourism preferred

- Strong vendor management and operational coordination skills required
- Knowledge of travel policies, SLAs, and reporting systems preferred
