Blinkit is hiring Real Estate Assistant Managers and Executives for expansion operations across multiple cities. The role involves identifying and acquiring properties for Blinkit dark stores, coordinating with brokers, negotiating commercial properties, and driving on-ground expansion activities in high-potential micro-markets.
π Key Responsibilities
- Scout and identify potential properties for Blinkit dark store expansion
- Work closely with brokers and local real estate networks
- Negotiate and onboard suitable commercial properties
- Drive property acquisition activities in assigned cities and micro-markets
- Conduct market surveys and location feasibility analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams for expansion and onboarding processes
- Maintain property pipeline and expansion reports
- Support city-wise real estate growth and expansion strategies
π Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate or property acquisition required
- Strong on-ground execution and negotiation skills preferred
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local market visits
- Ability to coordinate with brokers and commercial property owners
- Open to travel and expansion-related field operations
- Good understanding of commercial property and micro-market analysis preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required
- Experience in retail, expansion, or commercial leasing will be an added advantage
