- Build strong hiring networks through WhatsApp groups and recruitment platforms
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
- Maintain hiring databases and recruitment trackers
- Support interview scheduling and follow-up coordination
- Drive candidate engagement and relationship management
- Work on daily hiring targets and recruitment closures
- Coordinate with hiring teams for manpower requirements
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment operations
π Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience required
- Strong networking skills preferred
- Good knowledge of job WhatsApp groups and recruitment platforms required
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and local language preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills required
