Lenskart is hiring an experienced Regional Training Head to lead large-scale learning and development initiatives across regions. The role focuses on capability building, retail training excellence, customer experience enhancement, and driving business performance through impactful training interventions.
π Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional learning and development initiatives across retail operations
- Drive revenue growth and customer experience improvement through training programs
- Ensure excellence in On-the-Job Training (OJT) execution
- Manage training rollouts for new product launches and operational changes
- Develop, mentor, and retain regional training teams and trainers
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps
- Design and implement performance enhancement strategies through training
- Monitor training effectiveness and business impact metrics regularly
π Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Retail Training required
- Strong experience in managing regional or large-scale training operations preferred
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills mandatory
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills required
- Experience in driving business outcomes through training interventions preferred
- Passion for capability building and employee development required
- Experience in retail industry training operations preferred
- Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and teams effectively
