Blinkit is hiring Senior Executives for Store HRBP roles in Faridabad and Delhi locations. The role involves managing HR operations, employee engagement, workforce planning, bulk hiring, and stakeholder coordination within a fast-paced Quick Commerce environment.
π Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular store visits for employee engagement and grievance handling
- Manage end-to-end HR Operations for on-roll and off-roll manpower
- Handle Talent Acquisition and bulk hiring activities for store operations
- Drive performance management and discipline processes for store manpower
- Coordinate closely with Operations and business stakeholders
- Maintain manpower reports, HR data, and Excel-based tracking systems
- Support workforce planning, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Ensure smooth HR operations and employee relations across stores
π Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in HRBP, HR Operations, or Bulk Hiring preferred
- Background from Retail, Logistics, Q-Commerce, or operations-driven industries preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required
- Good understanding of employee engagement and grievance handling preferred
- Strong Excel and manpower data management skills required
- Ability to manage workforce planning and onboarding activities preferred
