BigBasket – A TATA Enterprise is hiring Senior Field Recruiters for Mumbai locations. The role involves blue-collar hiring, delivery rider onboarding, field recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring smooth last-mile operations through consistent rider availability.
π Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and onboard delivery riders as per hiring targets
- Ensure quick turnaround from sourcing to rider activation
- Maintain adequate rider availability across assigned stores
- Visit stores regularly to understand operational and last-mile challenges
- Share field insights to improve rider performance and operations
- Coordinate with Store Managers and internal stakeholders effectively
- Track hiring metrics, rider activation, and retention performance
- Take corrective actions to achieve hiring and operational targets
π Eligibility Criteria
- 0–4 years of experience in recruitment or field hiring
- Experience in blue-collar hiring or gig workforce recruitment preferred
- Knowledge of last-mile delivery or logistics operations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in target-driven and fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai locations
- Basic computer, data tracking, and reporting skills required
