π Job Description
Zepto is hiring Store Captains for its Last Mile Operations team in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. This role focuses on managing rider operations, onboarding, delivery performance, rider engagement, and operational KPI management across multiple stores in a fast-paced quick commerce environment.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Last Mile operations for 2–3 stores
- Handle rider hiring, onboarding, and documentation processes
- Maintain DH% and order reliability operational KPIs
- Coach riders on productivity, discipline, and operational standards
- Monitor rider attendance and resolve grievances effectively
- Conduct daily huddles and performance review sessions
- Drive local sourcing and referral hiring initiatives for riders
- Conduct weekly rider asset and operational checks
π Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics or delivery operations preferred
- Minimum 6 months of hiring experience mandatory
- Strong leadership and communication skills required
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets preferred
- Graduation preferred
- Local language communication skills required
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Experience in quick commerce or last mile delivery operations will be an advantage
