This role involves complete ownership of store performance, sales growth, operational excellence, inventory control, team leadership, and maintaining strong visual merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
π Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end store revenue and profitability performance
- Achieve aggressive sales and operational targets
- Maintain strict inventory control and reduce shrinkage levels
- Ensure strong SOP compliance and operational audit performance
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams of 15–40+ employees
- Maintain visual merchandising and fast-fashion retail standards

π Eligibility Criteria
- 5–10+ years of experience in retail operations required
- Experience in fashion apparel, value retail, or hypermarkets preferred
- Graduate or MBA qualification preferred
- Strong understanding of retail unit economics required
- Hands-on experience with retail ERP and billing systems preferred
- Strong inventory management and shrinkage control knowledge required
- Experience in managing large retail teams preferred
