Amazon is hiring Team Leads for its fulfillment and warehouse operations team in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on shift management, associate mentoring, operational quality, productivity monitoring, and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time with high quality standards.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations and associate activities
- Allocate tasks and monitor operational workflow efficiently
- Mentor and guide associates on productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Monitor operational counts and resolve process-related issues
- Drive shift quality improvements and implement action plans
- Prepare and execute training and development plans for associates
- Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits at workstations
- Support operational leadership and stand in for the Area Manager when required
- Ensure adherence to Amazon operational standards and SOPs
- Support customer-centric operational excellence initiatives
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or customer-facing operations preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and Excel mandatory
- Strong communication skills in English preferred
- Leadership and team management abilities required
- Understanding of warehouse operations and process flow preferred
- Ability to manage productivity, quality, and safety standards required
- Strong problem-solving and operational coordination skills preferred
