π Key Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of business to recommend HR practices aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement HR programs and solutions
- Understand changing business requirements and recommend strategic HR solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional HR teams for Talent Management, Performance Management, Staffing, and Employee Relations
- Support succession planning, organization structure, and skills assessment initiatives
- Evaluate and improve HR processes for effective resource utilization
- Audit and update HR systems and employee lifecycle data
- Assist with internal and external HR audit requirements

- 10–17 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Management roles
- Strong understanding of HR operations and strategic business partnering
- Experience in Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong analytical and process improvement mindset preferred
