π Job Description
Reliance Group is looking for an experienced Compliance Lead to oversee and strengthen the organization's compliance framework, regulatory governance, and risk management practices. The selected candidate will play a critical leadership role in ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements while driving compliance excellence across the organization.
π Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organization's compliance framework and governance programs.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and review compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Conduct compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely statutory filings.
- Advise senior leadership on compliance risks and mitigation strategies.
- Drive compliance awareness, ethics, and training initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, HR, and business teams to strengthen governance practices.
- Prepare compliance reports, documentation, and regulatory submissions.
- Support continuous improvement of compliance and risk management processes.
π Eligibility Criteria
- LLB qualification is mandatory.
- 8–15 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Governance, or Risk Management functions.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Experience handling compliance programs, audits, and regulatory matters.
- Additional qualifications such as CS, LLM, Compliance Certifications, or Risk Management Certifications are preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Excellent drafting, documentation, and policy development capabilities.
