π Job Description
Wipro is hiring Deputy Managers for its L&P Policy Acquisition & Servicing team in Pune. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, stakeholder management, process compliance, and client satisfaction while ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.
The ideal candidate will lead teams, manage client interactions, conduct performance reviews, drive quality improvements, oversee workforce planning, and support automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
π Key Responsibilities
- Ensure processes are executed according to client contracts and SLAs
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance debriefs
- Prepare and share team performance reports with clients
- Review operational metrics and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Support forecasting and workforce planning activities
- Identify automation opportunities and support implementation initiatives
- Monitor team performance and coach low performers
- Conduct process training and refresher sessions
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely issue resolution

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in operations management or team leadership roles
- Strong understanding of process management and service delivery operations
