Daakit is hiring an FC Incharge for its Hooghly, West Bengal location. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing fulfillment center operations, inventory control, warehouse efficiency, manpower management, and order processing activities. Candidates with experience in e-commerce or quick commerce operations and knowledge of WMS/Uniware systems are encouraged to apply.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end fulfillment center and warehouse operations.
- Supervise inventory management, stock accuracy, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse resources and manpower.
- Maintain operational KPIs and productivity targets.
- Work on WMS and Uniware systems for inventory and order management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warehouse safety standards.
- Handle team performance management and operational escalations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce or Quick Commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of fulfillment center and warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with WMS and Uniware platforms.
- Strong leadership and team handling skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and operational performance metrics.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
