Jio is hiring a Manager – HR Service Design & Delivery for its Human Resources & Training team in Mumbai. The role focuses on HR service operations, process improvement, automation initiatives, KPI management, employee experience enhancement, compliance, and collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure efficient HR service delivery. 0

• Own assigned HR service processes and ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant delivery.
• Coordinate with technology and operations teams to implement workflow improvements.
