- Quality Manager – 1 Position (9+ Years Experience) – Bakery Industry Background Mandatory
- Electrical Engineer – 1 Position (7+ Years Experience) – FMCG Industry Background
- Store Officer / Store Supervisor – 1 Position (2+ Years Experience) – FMCG Industry Background
- Production Incharge / Assistant Manager / Supervisor – 1 Position (7+ Years Experience) – Rusk Manufacturing Experience Mandatory
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth execution of manufacturing operations within assigned departments.
- Maintain quality standards, productivity targets, and process compliance.
- Monitor production planning, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
- Handle equipment maintenance and engineering support activities.
- Manage warehouse and store operations including material movements.
- Lead teams and drive continuous process improvements.
- Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience in FMCG manufacturing is mandatory.
- Quality Manager candidates must have Bakery industry experience only.
- Production candidates must have hands-on Rusk manufacturing experience only.
- Electrical Engineer candidates should have FMCG plant maintenance experience.
- Store Officer/Supervisor candidates should have FMCG warehouse/store operations experience.
- Strong technical and leadership capabilities are preferred.
