Wipro is hiring Network Engineers in Pune to provide technical support, troubleshoot client issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The role involves handling customer requests through calls, emails, and support systems while maintaining SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
Candidates will work closely with clients and internal teams to diagnose technical issues, provide timely resolutions, maintain support documentation, and contribute to operational excellence within the Voice Fulfilment process.
π Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support through phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve client technical issues within defined SLAs
- Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities accurately
- Maintain and update internal knowledge base articles
- Escalate critical issues to higher support levels when required
- Analyze recurring problems and suggest preventive solutions

- Graduate or equivalent technical qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Network Support

- Knowledge of ticketing and incident management systems preferred
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
