Mahindra Logistics is hiring Offroll Supervisors for its Fulfillment Center (FC) and Last Mile Operations in Dehradun. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and delivery operations, managing workforce productivity, ensuring smooth dispatch activities, and maintaining operational compliance while supporting business objectives.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Fulfillment Center (FC) and Last Mile (LM) operations.
- Manage workforce planning, attendance, and shift scheduling.
- Monitor dispatch activities, delivery performance, and operational productivity.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes, compliance standards, and SOPs.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Maintain smooth floor operations and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
- Track operational KPIs and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution of warehouse and delivery activities.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, e-commerce, or last-mile operations preferred.
- Strong team management and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of fulfillment center and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
