EduRun Group is hiring Store Managers for Last Mile Operations across multiple cities in India. The role requires managing delivery hub operations, ensuring timely dispatches, improving delivery performance, handling frontline teams, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end last mile operations for assigned hubs.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery performance while maintaining service levels.
- Lead and manage riders, delivery associates, and hub teams.
- Monitor productivity and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Manage inventory, shipment movement, and return operations.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, e-commerce, quick commerce, warehouse, or 3PL operations.
- Experience managing teams of 10–30 members.
- Strong understanding of last mile logistics and hub operations.
- Knowledge of delivery SLAs, inventory management, and shipment flow.
- Strong execution, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
