Shadowfax is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sub Zonal Manager (SZM) to lead and drive operational excellence across Upper and Mid Assam. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale logistics and last-mile delivery operations, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, team productivity, and business growth across the assigned region.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics and last-mile delivery operations across the assigned zone.
- Lead Cluster Managers, station teams, and operational staff to achieve business goals.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, service levels, and delivery performance.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.
- Develop and execute strategies for network growth and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree or higher qualification.
- Prior experience as a Cluster Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Experience managing large-scale logistics and last-mile delivery operations.
- Strong operational management and team leadership capabilities.
- Good geographical knowledge of Upper and Mid Assam regions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
