π Job Description
Flipkart is hiring Supply Area Managers for Trivandrum and Kollam locations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end manpower supply operations across First Mile and Last Mile logistics functions. The position requires expertise in bulk hiring, workforce planning, vendor management, and large-scale operational execution.
π Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end accountability for Flex Wish Master hiring, onboarding, and engagement
- Manage and develop a network of 75+ workforce vendors
- Drive capacity planning and workforce availability across assigned regions
- Plan and execute large-scale hiring programs during peak seasons
- Build sustainable manpower acquisition and retention strategies
- Handle workforce grievances and ensure smooth operational support
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal teams
- Monitor manpower performance metrics and improve supply efficiency
π Eligibility Criteria
- 5–10 years of experience in capacity building, workforce planning, or bulk hiring
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, staffing, or manpower operations preferred
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder management experience required
- Experience handling large-scale hiring and workforce deployment programs
- Excellent analytical, planning, and execution capabilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills required
- Experience working with cross-functional teams preferred
- Local candidates from Kerala will be preferred
