π Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle efficiently
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers accurately
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining formalities
- Coordinate with business teams to understand manpower requirements
- Support recruitment reporting and hiring analytics
- Maintain recruitment process compliance and documentation

- Graduate qualification preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes is mandatory
