Amazon is hiring Team Leads for its AMXL (Amazon Extra Large) Delivery Center Operations team in Tirupati. This role focuses on managing shift operations, leading frontline teams, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the Delivery Center Manager in achieving performance, productivity, and customer experience goals.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations within the delivery center
- Lead and supervise associates to achieve operational targets
- Support the Delivery Center Manager in executing operational plans
- Monitor productivity, quality, and service-level performance metrics
- Drive customer-centric operations and delivery excellence
- Ensure process compliance, safety standards, and SOP adherence
- Handle workforce planning and team coordination activities
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct team briefings, coaching, and performance management activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
π Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong Excel skills required
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or customer-facing environments preferred
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
